Bobby Adolphus Igenegba

Founder/CEO

Bobby, a graduate of Philosophy from the University of Benin, Nigeria is the Founder/CEO of Strom Global services. He is a certified member of Chartered Institute of Management (CIM) and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) with over twenty years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry and the Power sector. Bobby has previously worked for Pipeline Production and Marketing Company (PPMC) and Avidor Oil and Gas where, he successfully designed and implemented new marketing strategies that grew the business from a cumulative turnover of N50million to $500m within four years as Business Development Manager.

As Founder and CEO of Strom, Bobby has driven the implementation of Company policies with a primary focus on growth, profits and increasing shareholder return. His conceptual ability and result-oriented approach has powered the Company from start up to recording impressive turnovers and other achievements. He is also a pioneer Director at METSCO Africa Energy Services, a Nigerian-Canadian Energy service provider.


Dr Chike Chukwudi Onyejekwe

Non-Executive Chairman

A Geologist by background with extensive depth and breadth of experience in the oil and gas industry spanning over 35 years in various working, leadership and senior management positions within and outside Nigeria, covering Exploration, Development, Asset management, Operations and Management having attended the Ashridge Business School London and Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania USA

In 2008, he became the Managing Director of Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company (SNEPCo), a position he held for 6 years. Chike retired from SNEPCo in 2014 and took up another job, the position of pioneer GMD of Aiteo Eastern Exploration and Production Company (AEEPCo), the largest Upstream Nigerian Indigenous Oil and Gas company in terms of resource base, size and production, following divestment of that Oil and Gas Block by SHELL. In his capacity as the pioneer GMD of Aiteo, he grew the newly acquired Oil and gas block from a 23,000 b/d production prior to divestment and operatorship handover to Aiteo E & P to 95,000 b/d production in one year; a feat that was applauded within the industry and by Government (NNPC).

In 2016, The Anambra State University found him a worthy professional and outstanding Leader and was one of the Three people awarded a Doctor of Science (D.Sc) by the University Senate.

Chike retired from Aiteo on June 1 2019 after his 5 years contract as GMD, and became the Non-Executive Chairman of Strom in 2020.


Isi Igenegba

Co-Founder and Director of Strategy

Isi is an expert in Human Resource Management, Project Management, Business Development, Relationship Management, and General Administration. She currently serves as the Co-Founder and Director of Strategy for Strom Global Services ("Strom") and its subsidiaries. A graduate of Geology from The University of Ghana, Legon, she is also a certified John Maxwell coach.

As the Co-Founder and Director of Strategy, Isi utilizes her expertise to lead the development and execution of Strom's strategic vision. Her multifaceted responsibilities encompass crafting and implementing strategic initiatives that drive business growth and success. Isi plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's strategic direction and ensuring its alignment with the company's goals and values.

Since the inception of Strom, Isi has been at the forefront of spearheading the company's strategic endeavors. Under her leadership, Strom has cultivated a culture of innovation, empowerment, and performance excellence. Isi's strategic acumen has led to the establishment of a dynamic, forward-thinking environment that prioritizes achieving business objectives, setting high standards, and fostering employee development.

Isi is also a visionary leader committed to empowering individuals and challenging conventional paradigms. She passionately utilizes various platforms, including those in business and beyond, to effect positive change. Her impressive track record includes successfully implementing strategic initiatives that have consistently exceeded set objectives and propelled Strom to new heights.


Engr. Stan B. Athekame, FNSE, CEng. COREN, MBA

Director Engineering Services

Stan holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc) in Electronics Engineering from Demokritos College of Engineering, Thessaloniki-Greece and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) post-graduate degree from the University of Uyo.

A Fellow of Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE), VI Branch and a Chartered Engineer of the Council of Registered Engineers of Nigeria, COREN. He is also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers (NIEEE), The Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).

He worked as top Executive with 33 years of industry experience in ExxonMobil and later as Chief Operating Officer of Beneprojecti Nigeria Ltd until 2019. Stan provides leadership as a professional whose passion is to pursue a career in a stable and challenging environment, providing quality management leadership, commitment, and accountability. Playing vital roles in establishing policy, provides perspective, set expectations, and provides the resources for successful operations.

In 2020, he was appointed as Director, Engineering Services of Strom. He is married with children.


Isaac Olu-Joshua

Chief Finance Officer (CFO)

Isaac is a strategic finance professional and business advisor with passion and energy to help SME businesses succeed. He acts as a Virtual Chief Financial Officer (vCFO) to Strom Global Services Limited where he provides strategic leadership and business advisory in finance and corporate affairs.

He is the founder of FSC Professional Services, a tech-accounting and tax consulting firm focused on making book-keeping and tax compliance easy for small businesses.

Isaac’s background includes working as a top finance executive across various industries with several years in the oil & gas sector. Isaac is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a graduate of accounting from University of Lagos.
